Staging to Sell Consultation
This service is perfect for the do-it-yourselfer. It includes a comprehensive walk-through of the exterior and interior of the house. Suggestions are made with regard to curb appeal, yard and entrance, cleaning, repair, color, accessories and furniture placement. The seller is left with a comprehensive room-by-room plan to prepare his own home.
$125 for up to 2 hours.
Full Service Staging – Occupied House
This service may be used in conjunction with a Consultation or by itself. AT HOME Staging will prepare the home to sell. The ideal time is after repairs and painting have been completed. Fees are based on square footage, number of rooms and condition. A site visit is done to determine pricing prior to the actual staging.
Services begin at $250 and are provided by a team of 2-3 people.
Full Service Staging – Vacant House
A vacant staging project begins with a phone interview to determine needs, expectations, budget and time factors. After a site visit, we’ll prepare a proposal which includes furniture rental, painting, repairs and accessory placement.
There is a $125 charge for the proposal, which will be applied to full service if the bid is accepted.

Referral Service – Often painters or other service providers are needed to get your home market-ready. Take advantage of our extensive list of qualified vendors.
